When I made my reservation, I didn't know this hotel was one of the historic buildings in Hamilton. I'm amazed by the traditional layout design in the pub and dining area and the modern upgrades in the accommodation.

Was extremely nousy on Friday and Saturday night due to the loud music and singing late into the night. You wouldn't want to stay here if you're trying to get some rest. However is its very conveniently located and if you like the singing the music then I guess it is ideal.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. The price was good, too. However, there was quite a bit of noise outside due to Saturday and early Sunday night revellers, which may not suit light sleepers.

Quite noisy in the hall during the evening. Woke to trafa few times overnight, woke early to vacuum downstairs early morning. Did not feel rested at all.
