Please note: If you only book the main house, the guesthouse located to the rear of the main property may be separately booked by other guests. The garden space and pool are allocated to the front house and is available for use throughout your stay with us. These are excluded from use by guests booked separately in the guesthouse. Of course, if you book both the main house and the guesthouse, all guests are more than welcome to use both the backyard and the pool throughout your stay with us.

Backyard:
'Merewether Beach House' Includes a spacious backyard and courtyard together, with a fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor dining setting. To maintain a pleasant outdoor space for all guests, we ask that the BBQ is cleaned thoroughly after use.
Pool:
This property includes not only the backyard area, as well as a sparkling pool and pool area. For safety, we kindly ask that you utilise the provided towels (or your own of course) prior to re-entering the house. This ensures a clean, and safe experience for everyone.
Separate Accommodation:
This property has two separate listings, one being the main house and the other being the guesthouse (sleeping 5 additional guests), located at the rear of the property. We understand the need for extra space, and offer the ability to book both properties simultaneously. Please contact us directly if you would like to do this, and we are more than happy to organise both properties for you. In the event this is not the case, we kindly ask that you are mindful of other guests.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Outs:
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication, so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.
No Parties/Events:
We want you to enjoy your stay but we also respect our neighbours and wish to keep noise to a minimum. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
Please note: All direct bookings for this property are non-refundable. Once payment has been made to Maison Property Management, and the booking is confirmed, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time, or do not show up to the reservation.
