I was really excited to check in. Upon arrival things seemed fine until I noticed the place had cockroaches. And the oven didn't work so I couldn't use the cooking facilities I paid extra money for.
Best accommodation stayed at in years was beautiful with spa tub washing machine big TV lounge with kitchen separate bedroom with balcony was 5 stars

Very noisy location no knives to prepare meals kitchen cupboard door knobs all sticky no cutting/chopping boards glass dining table had chips out of the top and the table frame had old food stains. Looked terrible.
Its hard to find exact location of hotel, not proper map of parking that's why parked in busy street parking, scratch in car. Overall not happy about stay.

The property suited us for ease of appointments. I was charged twice for the accommodation,once by expedia and once by the boulevard company(They did refund the money once it was bought to they're attention). The room was showing it's age and although fairly clean there was a cigarette butt on the window sill above the bed,marks on some walls and some debris on the floor and the bed was rock hard, so did not have a good sleep. Simply I would not stay there again
Property was clean just couple of dirty tissues left behind in wardrobe.

I stayed here recently, the property was easy to find and the code system was good. Room however was small and run down, very basic. Door to bedroom area was jammed and wouldn't close. A friend stayed up the street in a cheaper but much nicer place.

This property was absolutely disgusting. The smell was like old sewage as soon as we opened the door. Every single surface was filthy. The beds had been slept in and bedding not changed as you could see the indent on the mattress plus sheets were untucked. I spoke with 3 different people from
The property and was told an hour later that a cleaner would come and clean the property however we had already left. My mum was in Newcastle for cancer treatment and could not stay there. We were offered a refund from one of the staff members however 5 minutes later some dude called tony Jesmond called back screaming and shouting like a 2 year old child saying that he was not going to refund us. He demanded again details of the concerns we had about the property which I had now told 3 different people and provided video footage of the state of the place and tried to deny that it was accurate. I still have not been refunded from either Expedia or directly from the property. Absolutely revolting place and even worse response from a grown ass man yelling at a woman over the phone.

My recent stay was not the best experience, I had issues with conflicting check in information, parking and accessing the floor that our room was on. The actual room itself was nice and suited our purposes well. There was an issue with one of the windows that meant that due to the very windy night there was a lot of howling coming from the window. I contacted them regarding the issues that I had and they replied with an apology email which was not just a generic apology but addressed each of the issues that I had. I have stayed at a different apartment owned by the same company and did not have any issues with that check in at all.
My stay was from the Wednesday, leaving on Sunday.
During the week, it was quiet, however on Friday night one of the residents decided to have a party with loud music and talking till approx. 4am Saturday morning.
I also had issues with the Wi-Fi and ended up using my phone hotspot.
The unit was clean and bed comfortable, I especially like to air con & heating.
The real negative for me was the parking issue. To be charged $25 per night for parking - NOT happening and for a solo traveller, parking late a night in side streets and having to walk, I wasn't a fan of having to do this.
Over all, it was a good stay - not sure I'd book this again.
Calling reception staff to check in and get front entrance code and room code was very easy and didn’t take long at all. The fella I spoke to was lovely and didn’t beat around the bush lol. Also room was great. Very spacious. Definitely going to be staying here again. Highly recommend 👍
This property is not represented accurately on Wotif. There is no reception and bar. Entry codes were sent by text message. This misrepresentation is a large part of my poor rating.
The signage was poor at the entry. We did not know if we were in the right place as there is signage for another business (which was opposite our room) in the lift foyer but none for the accommodation.
It was adequate accommodation otherwise, although the images make it look much bigger. The bedroom in our one-bedroom apartment was barely bigger than the king-size bed and the toilet was hard up against the vanity. But the apartment was clean even though tired (e.g. unpainted repairs to walls, flaking upholstery on chair). The smoke detector was still hanging from the ceiling which suggests a poor commitment to safety and maintenance. A lot of traffic noise even on the 3rd floor with the window closed.

On intersection of main road. Very noisy. Bed not comfortable at all. Smoke alarm not working and hanging out of roof. Notified manager but not fixed for the three night stay. Paint peeling off the roof, unpainted gyprock repair on wall, bathroom light not working. Noisy toilet, smokers on balcony of adjoining room. Parking not included - additional $25 per night.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The first major complaint is that despite several conversations with staff during the week & our request for a sofa bed double bed & promises this was arranged - we got a lounge. Despite numerous calls to correct nothing could be done, just excuses. Then the smoke detector had fallen out of the ceiling before we arrived - clearly like that for ages, totally unsafe. Peeling walls, lights not working, sulphur smell in the water - an utter disgrace. WOTIF needs to take these critical issues up with the owners for urgent attention & a full refund. OF course - we would NEVER come back & have let all our friends know to beware, their communication is totally untrustworthy & property is UNSAFE.
