Poor because we had a service animal
We had to go wash the sheets before sleeping in the bed. I think because we had a service animal we were given a corner room that wasn’t very nice.

Pleasantly surprised!
We had a meeting at West Point and all the hotels were very expensive. We were travelling back to NJ pretty late and found this motel on hotels.com by the Woodbury Commons for $$. The front desk person was nice and accommodating, the room was very clean and updated. The bed sheets were crisp white and clean, a flat screen, very nice bathroom, outlets by bed, fridge, blow dryer. There was no coffee maker but coffee in lobby(ice too). A diner was close by and so was lots of shopping.

The place was rundown and needed to be updated. Not what you would expect for a $200 per night hotel. I would classify this more as a budget motel. Very disappointing to say the least

Soiled hotel
A lot of stains on bedding: mattress protector, pillows, blankets. Bath rug had stains. Expected us to do the work ( bring soiled bedding to office & pick up new bedding). They did end up bringing us new items. Phone to dial front desk don't work.

We drove 7 hours from montreal and when we arrived at 12:30 am nobody apended the front door. It was Noone at the front desk. We staid out for 1 hour noking on the door and nobody came out. We didnt have a please to sleep. Im tring to get the refund but no look jet. If you are looking for a hotel to stay, please Never go there.

The room that we booked was beyond unacceptable. The door to the room did not close completely. The curtains were soiled and falling off the window. There was a space under the door that was approximately 3/4 of an inch allowing light and insects to enter the room. The bedding was soiled and stained. The bathroom had mildew in the shower and on the floor. The carpeting was also dirty and the room had a foul odor. It was so unacceptable that we refused to stay in the room.
