Situated only 3 blocks (1/2 mile) from the Hudson River Waterfront where you may enjoy multiple restaurants and entertainment venues! Only 1 mile to the Ferry, to Beacon (one of the coolest small towns in America) to board the Metronorth train to New York City (one of the coolest large cities in America). This beautiful, historic building has been completely renovated and features new plumbing, energy effecient lighting, new fixtures, flooring and high-end furnishings throughout.
Our 1 bedroom suite, has an eat- in kitchen with supplies, a full bathroom, and a 4 person dining room which opens to the living room. This apartment boasts an office equipped with high speed wi-fi access/ internet. The bedroom has a Queen bed, while a queen sleeper sofa also resides in the living room. Street parking is permissible with attention to the alternate side parking rules. Luckily, your reserved parking spot is right on the premises!
