Fast deteriorating hotel. Avoid it.
This hotel just closed the restaurant and the breakfast lounge for good. There is no food option other than delivery. They set up a pathetic and sad corner with processed food for sale for breakfast. There is nothing like four or five stars kind of hotel level left here, the rooms need renovation and new firmer mattresses. In my last two stays there was people smoking pot in the room on the floor I was staying and nothing was done despite me reporting about it. The vibe there makes you think that this place won’t stay much longer in business.

I have stayed at Renaissance properties before and like them. When we arrived we learned the restaurant had closed about a week before so there was no food service other than a small coffee nook. Our room was mixed, bathtub was full of hair. Beds were comfortable and room a great size. Coffee maker but no cups or coffee.

Do able for going to NYC. A lot of shuttle, train and subway time in commuting. We Uber mostly after the first night. About 88.00 one way to go to Penn station. FYI. Room clean, staff quick to help and polite. Double charged for parking but quickly sent email to get reimbursed.
