Broken crack pipe
Booked two nights Jacuzzi room with only two towels and when i asked for more they looked at me like i was crazy and said no. No mini fridge no microwave even in the office. I found a broken crack pipe stuffed in a corner wrapped in toilet paper and all night loud banging nextdoor from the housekeeping office woke me up constantly. I wanted to leave and wanted the next night refunded and i was denied.

No private bathroom with a mirror. Wife wouldn't stay there and we had to go somewhere else because you can't change rooms if you book with expedia rather than directly with the hotel.

This was a very nice room for the price. Jacuzzi was a little small as well as the bed but for the price it was well worth it. Nice mirrors and see thru glass in bathroom. Very nice touch. Room was clean and area was very quiet.
