My Room was clean , actually it look new , like a picture you see on the site which is never the case but here it was . Pleasantly surprised. Lobby elevator hallways all looked new. Im weary about holtel beds and i jumped in with no hesitation. Holtel is off the interstate so be ready to pull in quick .other than that great i recommend .

Good room but with at least six glowing lights that could not be turned off at night. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Airport shuttle worked but should be more frequent (hotel never responded to my requests for details on it through Expedia messages). One cannot walk anywhere from the hotel - to restaurants, train station, or airport - due to fences. For an airport hotel it should take 5 minutes to get to, not 30, and you shouldn’t be trapped (but this is in common for all Newark airport hotels)

Everything was good except getting into the property, it was all fenced in. It was very late when I arrived and was tired after a long day flying. When I made my reservation I don’t believe any instructions were given about entering the property. I would have liked to be told about the drive in situation.

We stayed here for one night and throughout our stay we had no wifi. The person at the front desk gave us some number to call to try and get wifi. The person in the phone wanted our IP address of the devices we wanted to connect to the hotel wifi. This was the weirdest experience, obviously they do not have working wifi at this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is rights on a highway, so the noise from the traffic is ridiculous. Definitely no sound proofing. Will mot stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers are great and it's very convenient to have a shuttle to and from EWR. A nice touch was a welcome with my name on it on the TV screen in my room when I checked in. The room was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

This is a nice hotel convenient to the airport and also Veronica at the front desk was very helpful. Actually, all the staff was. It’s hard to get food because there are no good restaurants around the area, but you can order from the Hampton Inn menu carry out. It’s not cheap. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel will stay there again.
