If you have to go to the airport, don’t take their shuttle, it’s worthless. I was flying delta, (Terminal A) and the shuttle driver dumped us out somewhere in long term parking which was a full 15 minute walk to terminal A. From there you have to take the Airtrain to A, but the kicker is it doesn’t really go to A, you then take a bus. It’s then a short walk. It took 50 minutes just to get to check in from the hotel when they could just drop you off at the right terminal. The driver was a prick too, just to put icing on the turf cake they served up. My room was on the fifth floor next to the laundry and elevator. Nothing like a high capacity hotel commercial washing machine running at 330am to keep you awake. Will not be staying here ever again.

The room was clean. I felt safe as a single female traveler. The airport shuttle was great as well. Went above and beyond at 3am to get me to my terminal instead of dropping me off at the parking lot
