This is the worst hotel that I have seen from all around the world. The room smelled like mold, the customer service is non-existing and all employees including the manager on duty were extremely rude. I was threatened to have my reservation canceled and thrown out of the hotel when I asked how long I have to wait to get my room. It was after 5PM, way more than an hour from the scheduled check in time. I checked out of the hotel the next morning and I went to another hotel because my health is more important and the hotel refused to refund the money for the unused nights. Save your health and nerves and pick another place to stay.

First got a room and had smokey smell. Staff was courteous to understand and allotted a new room which was pretty good. Hot water from shower is not really hot at all on few days. Morning breakfast is good and the coffee shop serves the purpose. Did not have a chance to try the diner. Overall good to stay especially for the price and closer to new york.

The cooling/heating system fan is incredibly loud sounds like a huge truck idling. Very old heating system blows hot air across the room from window area. However the staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean. Has 24 hour cafe and some restaurant options.

Fine for an airport hotel. Everything felt a bit rundown and dirty, tub had dirt left in it. One limited food counter and one over priced sports bar are the only dining spots but you can get food delivered. Free shuttle was awful, took forever to get to it, waited almost an hour and only had 6 seats so we were left behind for almost another hour.
