I liked that the property was maintained along with inside the hotel, With the amenities that were there. I think it would be so much better if your staff explained what your amenities are that you’ve got a bar that you’ve got a buffet breakfast and this is what time it starts. None of that was provided our TV didn’t work inside of our room either.

I always enjoy my time at Hilton Garden Inn. However, the pillows are not comfortable to sleep on and I hope in the future they will be replaced with more firm pillows thank you!

I ordered two that I left and had to return back. I was not aware that I had to call for a cleaning service. I thought that was automatically when they checked the room. No one came to check my room while I was cleaning and when I left that came back the same way no towels was in touch.

Don't stay here.
We found a roach right away in our first room. We called to inform the front desk and they moved us to another room. If it wasn't after midnight and weren't checking out early in the morning we would've gone to another hotel. The hallways did not look clean and were in need of vacuuming.

Very happy and will definitely stay again!
One night stay while visiting family nearby. Our room was comfortable, clean and perfect. The buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent; fluffy egg and breakfast meats, great bagels, nice fruit and lots of other goodies. The service was exceptional!
