On arrival, we found an issue with the bathroom. Within 10 minutes, an engineer who knew us by name was knocking on the door. Issue was fixed and we were able to enjoy our stay five minutes later. Knowing they look after their guests and resolve issues quickly will make me return.

Great location, hotel staff very helpful. A few gripes: They did not tell us when we checked in there was a bar and lounge on the 2nd floor. Pillows were very flat and well past their usable life. Streaming in room did not work they tried to fix it but did not succeed. Safe battery was flat and locked our passports in the safe on departure day fortunately maintenance were able to unlock it. And beware the A/C it is loud very loud

We had a great stay at the hotel, service was top notch. If you are on the lower floors it can be noise but you can’t beat the location or the service. We will definitely stay there again.

I think this is a good deal for Manhattan. It's expensive, but so is everything else, and if you can paying a bit more for this is totally worth it. The drop in quality when choosing the somewhat cheaper but ok options. like Hampton Inn etc. etc. is significant. This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff.

We had a great stay at this very nice hotel. It was two blocks south of Central Park and two blocks from the train station where we met our kids who live in NYC. We were able to navigate around NYC very easily from this location. Much quieter than staying in Times Square. We would definately stay here again in the future!
