This hotel has exceeded our expectation for sure! The location on West 57th St. and 6th Ave is the best spot. We walked everywhere to Central Park, Shopping Zone and a lots of restaurants around. The hotel offers free bottled water and Nespresso coffee machine which is also a huge plus. We will be back! 😎

The room and bathroom were very comfortable and nicely appointed. We had a Keurig coffee maker, a refrigerator and a microwave that we requested. Having a safe in the room was nice and the staff cleaned the room daily.

On arrival, we found an issue with the bathroom. Within 10 minutes, an engineer who knew us by name was knocking on the door. Issue was fixed and we were able to enjoy our stay five minutes later. Knowing they look after their guests and resolve issues quickly will make me return.
