Don’t come to this hotel
The room was about as big as my bathroom at home. The way the room was set up, one of us had to crawl over the other of us to get into bed. Nobody explained how to work anything. We were promised robes and for two people they brought up one robe. All in all, it was most uncomfortable.

It’s ok - very tiny rooms snd a $30 mystery resort
Great location -TINY room. It was ok as you dont come to nyc to hang out in your room but the room was wee (sink in the bedroom, small shower). Also $30 resort fee was not related up front which isnt ok.

Charming and clean hotel. Bed and pillows were soft and cozy, and the huge windows had automatic blinds. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Definitely check out the speakeasy bar in the basement for gorgeous and well made cocktails (you will need reservations!). Quick walk to several subway lines.

Poorly maintained, the room is obselete. the room is the smallest ever in NYC. the window is of poor quality. we heard everything and we had to put towels on to block the cold. all the walls are worn through wear and tear without maintenance. for $1300 Canadian the price is ridiculous for the quality of the hotel. We Will never comeback there.

When checking in I was charged a extra fee while the company that booked the stay already had taken care of that. Still they charged me again. After the company which booked my stay intervened the charges were reimbursed. Very disappointing experience .. took some time to get this sorted out. Also the area around the hotel is not the best and feels unsafe… certainly at night.

The rooms are pretty much just a small bed, no room for sitting or walking. “Gym” is generous. Hotel charges significantly more fees than advertised at booking. Location is good but feels like a ripoff for the price

Was a little disappointed by my stay at the Walker Tribeca. While the room was modern and very clean, it was tiny and completely unsuitable for two people to exist comfortably. We had an issue with the Chromecast on the TV, which wasn’t resolved until our 3rd day after maintenance had been sent up 3 times. In the end, I was the one who fixed the issue and not the staff. It is frustrating when something as basic as watching TV becomes a chore when you’re on vacation in an expensive hotel room, and nothing is done by staff to make up for the loss of time. We also asked for an extra robe to be sent up to the room, which never arrived. Pros: comfy bed and the coolest little speakeasy in the basement of the hotel with amazing jazz! Overall, it may be worth it to spend a little bit more elsewhere and get more for your money.

Nice, modern hotel...with ridiculously small rooms where you have to climb over your spouse in bed to get to the bathroom, and there's no place to out anything.

While our room was very very small, it was clean, had everything we needed (of note, a hot shower, hair dryer, and safe for our valuables). The service was excellent every day we were there. Be sure to check out the speak easy!

Tiny rooms. Unprofessional service.
Rooms are tiny and we had to crawl over the bed from the foot because there was no space on the side of the bed. There was trash and housekeeping stuff in the hall outside our room the whole weekend, and the staff at check-in were friendly enough, but not very well training on check-in and way too casual (t-shirts, informal greeting, lots of between employee chit chat while customers were waiting). It was very annoying that you entered the hotel and then had to climb or descend stairs without an elevator or ramp option.
