Guest service personnel’s are not as friendly as the previous staff few months ago during our last trip. Great place to stay and good breakfast, room could be a bit more cleaner. We found other guest hair and items left in our room. The snack area on top of fridge was dusty, fridge was dirty with all the condiments inside. Very disappointing after speaking very highly of the virgin hotels.

Expedia is the worse to hook through! I tried to talk with a representative and nothing occured! Two nice things I can say about this hotel is it is in a good location to all attractions and hotel is clean. We arrived 4 hours prior to check in and were given a room two hours after check in (3pm). This is even after we let the hotel know about our early arrival two day prior, and promised an earlier check in time. We have two small children and front desk was awful. Very dismissing and unprofessional. The 4 hours early wasn’t an issue as we went sightseeing but the 2 hours post check in was handled very poorly. I had to ask for some sort of refund which was met with a big no. Naturally we had to stay as we paid $2,500 for our room. The staff was not helpful and even the door man was jerk. Mind you we have two children who are well behaved and this hotel is not kid friendly. We were told there was a pool on Expedia but it is seasonal. They have a texting service but they will only respond to what they want and will dismiss you, mind you I only text twice once to see if our room was ready and another for towels. This hotel staff is nasty, unaccompanied for the price and I would look elsewhere. Also, the manager who I asked to speak to is not who is responding to these comments. If a manager wants to keep your business they would ensure their staff is helpful and guests are well taken care of while in their establishment.

The room itself was very nice, clean and relatively quiet. With that said, the staff was most often engaged in private conversation, the security by the elevator was often asleep and the vibe was unwelcoming. A passable experience, but nothing to make me want to return.

Lovely property!! We would like to stay again to see more. Food options a bit odd but edible. Felt some food was drastically over priced. Avoid the $25 burger, it was worth about $3 at best. Felt ripped off by that one 😳😡
