The elevators system is terrible...prepare to wait long time. The 5 stars hotel does not provide water and does not replace the bottles you get from the fridge. The rooms a re tiny. The fridge and air conditioning are very noisy. The view is spectacular (only strong good pount).

Fantastic newish hotel in the heart of Manhattan. Has an elegant cool vibe. Great decor and interior design. Service was friendly. Only issue was slow elevator service! But overall a fine hotel.
