I asked to have a QUOTE room (far from elevator) since I'm a light sleeper, so they game the room RIGHT BEHIND the elevator and I couldn't sleep that night! cuz the elevator belts and doors were making noise every time it was in use. I changed my room to another one for the second night and it was good. I couldn't turn off the TV in the room, so I had to find the power cord and unplug it so I can sleep. the remote battery was dead. I called the reception (pressing 0 from the hotel's phone) and no one picked it up to help so I called the main number from my cell and finally someone picked it up. I asked for a favor to extend my check out time till 12 and it got rejected! as a silver member, I thought I could have a better experience in general, but....

I was greeted at the front desk by Amanda. Amanda was very professional. Her customer service skills should be bottled and marketed. She made me feel comfortable she made me feel as though I was important and throughout her tour of duty leading into the next day and the next day when she saw me she checked on me to make sure I was okay and everything was as to expectation. Perhaps that's why they have her working the front desk however I think she should be moved up to the ladder to the next position because customer service like this is what customers like I look forward to when spending my hard or money. The hotel was a little hard to find because there's no very large sign on the door. The block has parking but sparingly however there are parking garages within short walking distances. Eateries as well as shopping is close by. The block is very quiet at night at least in the winter I don't know about the summer spring or fall. I got up every morning had a bite to eat from the buffet and a cup of coffee. The coffee was hot it wasn't very tasty but that's because of the company the brand lavazza is not my favorite at all. My hotel room was clean without any unpleasant sense nothing to complain about. The majority of my time was just that my time I didn't interact very much with the staff but when I did it was a pleasure.

I woukd stay agai
The location was good for what we were looking for. Parking was disappointing, the picture shown on the app, is nothing what it looks like outside. So the parking lot shown, is absolutely not what you get. There is street parking if you're lucky, and if not the hotel charges you $40 a night to park behind the hotel, a small parking area. Maybe update the outdoor pictures to the actual property's photos. I had asked for extra pillows (due to back issues) our first night and never got them. The bed was comfortable, and the room was what was expected. The bathroom was nice and we really liked the shower. I used the gym just to get on my oculus, to do a workout program that i do. I did not use their equipment, but it looked to have what you would need. Overall it was a good stay.

We picked the hotel because it was within walking distance to the Barclays center. With a 15 minute walk we were there and were also close to different restaurants and subway stations. The whole hotel was very clean and all staff we encountered were very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and new and the bed slept great. We were lucky and found a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel otherwise parking could’ve been a pain. We would definitely come back.
