We had a room on the 25th floor with a nice view and king size bed. It was an adjoining room so we could hear everything g from the guests in the room next to us. Most of the staff was great. I would stay there again. Bed was comfortable. No fridge in room but when I explained that my daughter was on medication that required being refrigerated they quickly brought us a fridge. Over all very nice hotel.

Review of The Westin New York at Times Square My recent stay at The Westin New York at Times Square was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Manhattan. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Times Square. From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in the vibrant energy of New York City, with Broadway theaters, world-class dining, and iconic attractions just steps away. Despite its central location, the hotel provides a calm and quiet retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The Heavenly Bed truly lives up to its name, offering one of the most restful sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the large windows with stunning city views and the well-designed workspace, which was perfect for catching up on emails. The staff deserves special recognition. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive concierge service, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and even helped me secure last-minute Broadway tickets. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, and the breakfast options were outstanding—a perfect way to start the day before exploring the city. My husband and I had a great time at the Westin for our first ever trip to NYC. Staying in Times Square was convenient and felt safe. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice and clean. We really enjoyed the complementary tickets to see the Statue of Liberty. We will be back and will stat at the Westin again!
