Staff is wonderful however our room had issues: toilet and lighting.plus the housekeeper woke us up 2 times after midnight to make our bed. They were on the wrong floor.

Great Broadway weekend, close to bars, restaurants, and theatres, loved the bathrobe, continental breakfast, and wine hour. Staff were friendly and helpful, overnight parking was $45 at their parking partner on 140 W 51st.

Good hotel with challenging access
The street for the hotel was closed, so arrival by car was tough. The staff was helpful, and the daily complementary breakfast was good. The hotel is near Times Square, which is a mixed blessing.

Everything was perfect. We were in the heart of Broadway which allowed us to walk most places. It is a little loud but, the city is loud! Seriously no complaints, I will be staying here for all future NY trips.

The Pearl is in a great location for sightseeing. It's on 49th St and Subway was on 50th St. We used the Subway several times and had absolutely no problems. From the hotel, our walk was 7 minutes to the Broadway shows that we attended, Lion King, Outsiders and The Notebook. We did those 3 nights and felt safe walking back to the hotel (senior lady and grand daughter). There are many food options in walking distance as well.

Great location - a short walk to Times Square and theaters (in fact one is next door and one across the street!). Very nice property and friendly, helpful staff. Wine in the lobby for guests each day from 5 to 6 is a nice touch.
