What a lovely and well-located hotel! Room was small but very nice. The staff were friendly, especially one of the waiters in the restaurant. The vouchers for the bar/restaurant were great! Our only complaint was that the bathroom door in our room was broken. We had to ask twice, but after the second time, somebody was sent up promptly to fix it. Wait-time for breakfast varied day to day. On our last morning, there was too long of a wait, so we went somewhere else. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time stayed at this hotel when we visit NYC. Our first time experience was pleasant that’s why we decided to stay here this time again. However this time the experience didn’t go so well this time. First, the check in staff is not friendly at all. And just want to get over with it. After we get our room, the room is noisy due to the flag outside be hitting the windows and make large sound. We called the reception so many times for hours and no one pick up our call. The next day, when we check in for the breakfast, we waited at the waited area, and the staff just forget our waiting number and been calling people who arrived later than us to get seated. We waited more than 45 min when there was only four group waited in front of us. When we notify the staff that our number got missed the staff even accuse us that we didn’t come when he call the number. We were seated right beside the entrance and been listen to each number he called. He didn’t even apologized that he wrote the wrong number on the waiting sheet. Very disappointed for the service here. However, the good side of this hotel is that they provide some voucher that u can use for the bar on first floor or dry cleaning service. We went to the bar on first floor. It’s a little bit hard to find a spot during weekend. But the staff is superior. Super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful lobby and bar area, clean rooms. Bar and reception staff good but found waiter’s in the restaurant quiet room and impatient, not good customer service

Ok for one night
The hotel is ok. I did not have a feeling of cleanliness, the carpet was a bit run down and did not feel clean as well as the shower floor. Terrible lighting in the room! It is ok for one night but the rooms certainly need a fresh coat and a warmer cleaner look.

I liked that the property offered late checkout upon enrollment in their free rewards program, the customer service, the cleanliness, the free water bottles daily, the bathroom of the room, and the drinks at the bar.
