Excellent NYC aesthetic stay!
Absolutely loved it, felt like I was in a gorgeous room in Paris. The only negative is I wish they offered room service. Besides that very happy and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy walking distance to The Blue Note, Comedy Club, restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff and boutique vibe. Breakfast was delicious. We will choose to stay here on our next visit to NYC.

Great hotel, well located. Pretty rooms and perfect for a short stay in town. Be a bit careful in the surrounding areas - Washington Square park at night, but that’s NYC!

I accidentally submitted a 1 star on another site and couldn’t find a way to re-do it. This is a sweet hotel with a great location. The real stand outs though, are the staff members we interacted with - exceptionally helpful and memorable. I would definitely stay again!

We love The Marlton! The rooms vary in size, so pay attention when booking, and do not expect a big, spacious room no matter what. Do except a clean, cozy, well appointed room no matter what the size. The lounge and restaurant are lively, and serve tasty food and drinks. Staff throughout the hotel is always wonderful. We love the location for shopping, dining, and subway access.

Very nice, European style hotel with many beautiful design touches. Looks authentically old in a good way. Rooms are SO small. Nowhere to put bags if more than one person and no storage/shelf for bath toiletries. Nice living room style lobby with coffee bar. Many locals use it as a work space. All in all great stay but size of rooms would deter me from staying again.
