The property and room was nice and clean. The rooftop was one of my main reasons for picking this hotel but they said it was closed all day. The buffet food was not good at all.

The Prince Kitano always provides friendly, top notch service. Every employee I encountered was polite and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious with great views!

Really nice hotel Good room size Clean Comfortable But 2 problems 1 the shower didn’t work We had to take baths instead To many handles to turn and couldn’t get the shower head to produce water 2 is Hotels.com says we have VIP access which includes 2 free breakfasts which would be really nice. But the hotel said don’t. Would have to pay So no free breakfast Next time staying somewhere else

This hotel is quiet, clean, and well-located. Bed was comfortable and pillows great! The staff are all exceptional and any need you have is addressed quickly. We really enjoyed sunset drinks at the rooftop bar! We would definitely stay again.

The Prince Kitano Hotel was an excellent choice. Extremely friendly staff. The location was a few blocks from Grand Central and an easy walk to Broadway and Times Square. Thoroughly enjoyed this property!
