Perfect stay near Times Square
We always take in a Broadway play on New Year's Day. Booked two rooms for an overnight and was not disappointed. Reasonable parking right on the same street with lots of great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly, the room's very clean despite getting there the day after New Year's Eve! We would definitely go and stay again.

Nice big rooms. The heating/cooling systems were not working well. We had two rooms. My daughters room was ice cold and my room was very hot. Both set at same temp. Rooms were next to each other but not adjoining.

This place is a rare little nugget hidden in a big maze. Absolutely fantastic place to stay and would recommend to anyone for their first trip to New York. So central, great value for money, quiet, a lot of space - it was all so good

It was okay
It was ok. Very pricey for the room. They don’t even give free water- you have to use a water fountain. They do provide hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. But it’s not that great. I have better fire a boutique hotel. The location is good though if you’re going to see shows/hang in Time hall. Etc. all within walking distance and surrounded by good places to eat.

Our stay at The Muse was right off of the main street in Time Square, so access to stores, restaurants, Broadway, Central Park and Rockefeller Center were easy and fast to walk to. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful at guiding us to their favorite places to check out. There was confusion with our bill to our room, and we got charged twice for our three night stay, but after speaking with a manager, we were able to resolve the issue with a refund and they even generously made up for their mistake. Overall, our room was mostly clean and quiet and very comfortable and spacious. The shower was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again if we ever return to NYC.
