Great location for our family trip!
My family stayed here for a short December visit just before Christmas. It was a great location! The walks to Radio City Music Hall, Times Square, and Bryant Park were all quick trips, and it was also a short walk from Grand Central Station.

I have enjoyed my stays at the Iroquois for many years. It is a charming old boutique hotel located on a quiet street just steps away from shopping and theater. It is elegant, clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant on site but there are several great options close by.

The Iroquois
We loved our stay here! Great location and such a beautiful hotel! There is a parking garage almost directly across the street and when we left, they allowed us to keep our luggage in the main lobby while my husband got the car. They just made everything easier on us! Breakfast was great! Ben who was at the bar area for breakfast was so great and kind and knowledgeable with everything to do in the city! The room was great. The shower had great pressure and was immediately hot. There were only 2 minor criticisms. We ordered room service the first night we were there and my husband and I both agreed that the food was too over priced for what we got. Secondly, the end table in between the 2 beds needed dusting and the room could use a new lamp shade. It is not something I am going to hold against them, we can’t always get everything perfectly, and we loved it here. Thank you for a great stay!

Our new favorite NYC hotel
This is our second stay here and we will continue to book here for future trips. Staff was attentive and kind, location can’t be beat, and the room was plenty big for 4 (compared to other hotels we have stayed at in NYC). I accidentally left my phone in the car service that took us to the airport (which Iroquois arranged for us). The driver brought the phone back and within an hour of losing my phone, the front desk had contacted my husband and had it packaged to mail back to me. They went above and beyond for me. Definitely our new favorite NYC hotel.

Property was very nice and smelled fantastic! It was very clean and the breakfast was much better than i anticipated. The only thing I would have liked is if the room/bathroom was a little larger but I think it’s very typical of NYC rooms to be small and a bit more cramped. Overall, it was lovely and i wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay!

Very nice boutique hotel. Rooms were well sized and staff attentive. Excellent onsite bar "speakeasy" with good finger foods and the provided breakfast was good. A small but nice touch, they provided us with an umbrella from the front desk when we were walking to an engagement at one of the clubs nearby.

Location and clean for the win
We had an excellent stay! The location was great. The hotel was very clean. The service was wonderful and appreciated! The rooms were a bit small, that was literally the only minor negative detail, but we made due and it won't be a deal breaker to stay here again! Thank you!

Great time in NY
This is our second stay at the Iroquois and we love the property. The breakfast host was wonderful and had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. He was delightful! The new expansion has done a lot to improve the bar, dining and lobby experience. Our only complaint is the lack of a consistent evening doorman and having to lug suitcases up the front steps to check in. No issues with that daytime or when leaving. Great staff everywhere! Loved our stay and we will be back!

Family of 6 travel to NY for Christmas Season. The hotel was wonderful. I will say that *4 people to a room* so we had to book two separate rooms, but the hotel tried to be accommodating and got us into rooms on the same floor. By NY standards, the rooms are spacious enough and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk and breakfast staff were always friendly and very helpful. Walking distance to everything we needed. Bryant Park- ice skating 2 block walk, Times Square 2 block walk. We also walked to 5th Ave and Rockefeller Center. Pizza Foto open until 2am just 2 blocks up. And Central Park was a 12 min drive. Try SpyScape for Family Fun. Would stay again, would recommend!
