The hotel is in a fantastic location and the bar and coffee shop were amazing. The room was disappointing for the price we paid. The bathroom is in tired condition. The room had very poor storage - there were no drawers to put clothes in and there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. On the plus side, it was fairly quiet and the bed and linen was wonderful.

The hotel grounds are nicely situated in the Chelsea neighborhood. Surrounded by large trees and other greenery, the hotel provides a quiet and cozy getaway within the city. Furthermore you’re close to the High Line walk, Little Island, Chelsea market, and Empire Diner, a few local places I enjoyed!

We loved the location! Super walkable area and near Chelsea Market! And the hotel was so cute and unique! The staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

This vintage boutique hotel is in a great location however it is in desperate need of a refresh. Needs painting, new tile in bathrooms, get rid of the linoleum and replace all the worn area rugs. The hotel offers zero amenities On the bright side it has a lovely outdoor patio.

We loved staying at this hotel and would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the suites and it was one of the largest hotel rooms we have been in while in NY. Our room was well appointed and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is an amazing restoration of an old seminary. The layout of the rooms are amazing. No noise, peace and quiet. Between Frankely and Leah, we were super well attended during our stay. SO willing to help us ! Location- meatpacking district , art galleries , Chelsea piers, Whitney museum- all within striking distance. Why stay anywhere else ??
