The beds were super uncomfortable and the place was very noisy . The restrooms were also dirty and the staff was always somewhere other than the front door .

Great location in midtown- can walk everywhere and the staff is awesome!! Will definitely be coming back to the Flat next time I come to NYC clean rooms- and bathrooms even tho they are shared. Not to mention at night it was silent in my room in the city that never sleeps! 10/10

Wonderful location! Eataly, Madison Square Park and the Flatiron building are just steps away. Relaxed setting and the staff is very nice.

Convenient and Well Maintained
Great location being only a 10/15 minute walk from Penn Station. 24 hour front desk made an easy check-in at 230am. 👍 Very clean and well maintained building and room.

I loved, loved, loved my stay at The Flat NYC! The staff were so helpful and warm and friendly. Big shout out to Isaac who went above and beyond to make my stay awesome, he was so attentive and caring. Everything is walking distance, subway, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again, in fact I am in September.

Great spot !
Great room to be directly in Manhattan, close from Broadway and Empire. Great access, friendly staff but without elevator. For the youngs adventurers, I highly recommand. 👌

This hotel is very very loud. The AC unit is like a jet engine and all of the doors constantly slam. It’s tough to sleep to be honest.

NYC girls trip
It was a comfortable stay for the price. The renovated building has character. Loved the AC in it, but it was very noisy. Sink in the room was great. There was no fridge however. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Going up the stairs at the end of the day was a exhausting haha but part of the jou. Location was perfect and found a lot of things to do around. The tiny bar downstairs was open weird hours, if. Never saw a neighbor and washrooms were cleaned every day.
