This hotel has some of the best customer service that I have experienced from check in to check out! The proximity to Broadway was great, it is so conveniently located. The view to the park was divine! You have to deal with street noise but that’s NYC. My first broadway experience was amazing because we felt so well taken care of by the staff. I will definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being right on Bryant park. Highly recommended this hotel. Out of the way of the craziness of Times Square but close to all the action. We will stay here again!

The Bryant Park Hotel is one of the New York classic buildings of the 1920s with high ceilings and beautiful marble restrooms and amenities of the 2020s, specifically the renovated units.

The hotel and staff are always excellent. I stayed in a renovated room which was very well done. I did have an issue with valet, after leaving I noticed the contents of my center console had been gone through and moved to the door compartment. Did not notice anything missing but concerning. I know they park at a garage so the car is not under there control but still concerning.

I stayed 1 night. The room was clean and pleasant but no coffee machine and bathroom with a bathtub antiquated (supposed to be a renovated room) instead of a walk-in shower. Hallways unpleasant, poorly lit and of uncertain cleanliness. Personnel jealous of their front curb so I was pressed to move the car promptly. Otherwise great location

Loved this hotel!
We loved our stay at Bryant Park Hotel! We had a newly renovated suite overlooking the park and it was so beautifully designed and very roomy! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the restaurants were great! This hotel is in a great location for walking to local attractions or catching the train. We will definitely stay here again!

Very good location and a nicely renovated room. I’d definitely stay here again if I can stay in a new room. The VIP benefit is worthless if you don’t drink, I don’t need a drink voucher, thanks. Got a bottle of water instead, that should be free regardless and in the room upon arrival. Maybe something besides water would have been worth the VIP status but that’s more an Expedia thing.
