A great stay
We love the hotel and especially the location right off Bryant Park John at the front desk was super friendly and courteous and very efficient. The rooms all those Spartan were really done. Well the bathroom was quite large. The location was pretty quiet. Downstairs bar was a real treat we did not try the restaurant restaurant.

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and engaging, that made for a great first impression. The room was spacious with a view of the park. Short walk from Grand Central, easy access to the subway, plenty of restaurants and shopping around. I stay in the city fairly often and I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect. Away from the chaos of Times Square but within walking distance of many of the attractions. The subway is super close with numerous lines that can take you anywhere in the city. The park across the street is so lovely. Staff was friendly and super helpful with questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is under construction but you’d never know it. The front desk staff (Shannon) was fabulous - very informative, positive and friendly. Our renovated room is beautiful! The bed is extremely comfortable and the decor is chic. Terrific location right on Bryant Park. This is our new “go to” hotel in NYC.

This hotel has some of the best customer service that I have experienced from check in to check out! The proximity to Broadway was great, it is so conveniently located. The view to the park was divine! You have to deal with street noise but that’s NYC. My first broadway experience was amazing because we felt so well taken care of by the staff. I will definitely stay here again!!!
