The staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful for me and my family. They stored our bags all day after we checked out, hailed a cab and helped with separate reservations with ease. I had a hard time sleeping with the pillows the hotel had, but other than that the room was perfect and liked having the door to the bedroom along with a living area/sleep sofa. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about this hotel. Very nice front desk staff. Left balloons and candy in room for my daughter’s 19th birthday. Stores our luggage until check in. The lounge area where you can freshen up before check in. Very nice and clean room. I will definitely be booking again when I return to NYC!

The best part about this hotel is the location! It is close to everything, the mini kitchenette was convenient. The beds are very comfortable too. It took twice for me to get them to fix the blind that was no shutting down. The staff was very friendly.

Very nicely revamped, love the modern vibes. Cleanliness can be better in terms of housekeeping; always realize they’ll miss some crumbs on the floor makes me wonder if they vacuum or they just empty our trash and make the bed. But location is great, would stay again.

Fantastic location & value. Overall, pleased with our stay. The lobby is small but pretty with very friendly staff. Room was clean & spacious with many thoughtful touches. We prefer a brighter decor, but they went with a darker vibe. Love the kitchenette. Mini bar had pricey water but there is a tiny convenience store & deli open 24/7 just around the corner a half block away. On level 5, there was a lot of street noise, which we slept through without trouble. Great room darkening. Our pull out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.
