Excellent location if you want to be in the middle of everything! Times Square! It was a little much for me but we had a WONDERFUL week. I felt safe and secure. Our bed was comfortable. The room was upscale and decor was simple and chic. Elevators were very fast for as many guests as they served. The ONLY thing I could say that wasn't perfect was the shower pressure. If I ever were going to have a first time ever to NYC, I'd stay here again. If I were all about the lights and crowds and action, I'd stay here again.

For this being our first experience visiting the city as a family with small children you all did a great job. Absolutely no complaints. For my family the standout stars were Dino, Juan, Jose at the door. They were always polite, warm uplifting and friendly. They gave us great recommendations on spots to see and eat, they also were always curious about us, where we are from and generally wanted to spark up conversations with us while at the same time tending their duties. I don’t know how they manage it all so well with the cold, traffic and over all craziness of the city in Times Square. Thank you to everyone including the waitress who served us at the lobby restaurant, the cleaning crew that always left our room looking nice and clean which was a stark difference from some streets of NYC. Thank you we shall be back soon…
