The hotel is very cute, the room is very small, but very clean and artistic. The staff was very nice and the hotel is located in a very convenitne area to walk or catch the subway

Cozy Room and perfectly located
The staff is very helpfull all the time whenever you have requests. Their smallest room says it is for 2 but it might be too small, unless you are travelling light. for single travellers perfect. Bed was very comfortable. From there you are within Walking distance to NY Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Times Square and the Highline.

The location is perfect for those commuting through penn station and the hotel provides exactly what you need for being in New York. The staff, especially Luis at the front desk, were all very helpful and willing to jump in and help me whenever I had questions. Thank you.

Room was very small - seemed bigger in pictures. No fridge in room. Very limited space to hang up towels. Air conditioner made a terrible clicking noise all night the first night - resolved the next morning. Safe stopped working altogether on 2nd day - requested repair but didn’t get fixed. Lobby was nice but coffee was cold all 3 morning. Free bikes were fun (and it was great that they provided helmets and locks) but both that we took out needed maintenance. Hotel location was very convenient but there is a significant homelessness problem in the immediate area.
