Location ideal and helpful staff
This hotel suited us well. The only criticism is the breakfast "mayhem" as there is a lack of tables available. This leads to musical chairs as you seem rushed to consume and then depart .

Handy to Penn Station so coming and going with luggage was easy as was getting to the subway. Elevators were surprisingly quick for such a busy place. Smooth check-in and check-out.

Housekeeping was loud from 7:30 am to 11pm everyday. Our room was near a laundry shoot we heard all the time. Breakfast was a mad house. The room was tight but fine. Location is great for walking and subway access. Staff was courteous and helpful.
