Couple’s getaway
Front desk was very kind and accommodating. Room is very clean and bed was comfortable . However, Room is very smal and bathroom is insanely small. I was quite surprised but overall a nice hotel.

This hotel was very clean, the staff were very polite and efficient, the location is wonderful. The only thing I can think of that was not positive was Friday night there was music from somewhere and we could hear the drums pretty consistently until about midnight and we were on the 19th floor.

Perfectly Located Hotel in Times Square
Here's a polished version of your review: Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall, thanks to its prime location in the Times Square theatre district. Being within walking distance to iconic Broadway performances, excellent dining options, and great shopping made our visit to the city that never sleeps even more memorable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, featuring convenient amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, as well as a very comfortable bed. There were also ample outlets for charging electronics, which was a nice touch for travelers. However, we found the front desk staff to be less welcoming and accommodating than expected. There was a notably long wait for our requested early check-in, which detracted from the experience slightly. A warmer, more personal touch from the staff would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. That said, this hotel offers great value and convenience, and we would consider staying here again when in the area.

Bath room is too small, even for one person. The shower door allows water to leak out on to the floor. There is no hand held shower head. Window faced dirty dark alley. This room not for anybody to stay. Great disappointment.
