My son & I travelled for his bday and our first time in NY! The hotel staff was so helpful and accommodating of our luggage when we showed up early and wanted to go site see! The room was tiny but just Walmart we needed for an evening in NY!

Stylish gem right in Times Square
The hotel is stylish and immaculate. The staff was courteous and cheerful. Although small (what do you expect from NY?) the room was comfortable and well designed. The street noise was surprisingly almost non existent. Highly recommend.

Tv kept going in and out after the "engineer" came and supposely fixed it. The toilet would only flush after 8 attempts each time and oh yea let's not forget about the knocking noise for approx 3 hours starting at 10pm heating system worked every now and then.
