Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and gave fresh towels. Outside is under construction and not much dining around the area. The hotel charged me for valet when i did not have a car at all. It took almost a month to get a refund. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was a terrible experience. I stayed for three nights. The area is not safe. The Uber driver warned me not to walk outside at night, and I saw broken car window glass on the street. The people staying next door were smoking marijuana. I had trouble sleeping all three nights, and one time, it was 5 a.m. I complained several times, but nothing was resolved. They said they didn’t know who was responsible. I even had to walk with the security guard to help him locate the room (which was right in front of mine). They couldn't change my room because the hotel was fully booked, so they told me to just bear with it. The front desk initially said they would waive one night’s fee, but when I checked out, the manager said there was no such policy and offered only a $30 discount."

Due to a leak, my room had to be moved, which is fine. It took an hour to check-in. It was noisy between loud guests, thin walls, and music out front. I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel provides satisfactory service, however, the staff's lack of assistance and unfriendly demeanor was disappointing. I encountered difficulties when trying to extend my stay at the front desk. The exception was a Valet attendant with dreadlocks, who exhibited exceptional managerial qualities by consistently offering assistance with a smile.

The property is very nice but situated in a non-touristy and industrial looking area. Close to the subway (5 min walk) but the area doesn't give the impression that it would be safe to walk late at night as a non-resident. Spent a lot of money on Lyft getting back from the city at night. What I saved in cost per night was eaten up in commute. I think it is a great option and quality stay, especially if you have a vehicle!
