Good location why this property charges 35 dollars destination fee / resort fee is quite unreasonable. Reception staff was quite unclear and abrupt to explain Bar on 4th floor was outrageously expensive and hardly any selection of snacks

This is a standard hotel next to Times Square. It’s a very busy area which is to be expected. It is loud and bright all the time here-we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the street Very easy to walk everywhere, two subway stations a few minutes from the hotel.

Rooms are sparse and dirty. No amenities. Staff was rude. I cut the stay early and hotel was completely unresponsive to my complaints. Location is noisy so if you don't like to get much sleep and don't mind overpaying for poor quality, then this is the place for you.

The rooms were specious. Staffwas very friendly. The food in the Restaurant however was aweful. And the Breakfast buffet on Sunday was a rip off. The food was downright terrible.
