We were in NYC for an event at Madison Square Garden and this hotel is a great location. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint is the elevators. They are terrible during heavy traffic times. Sometimes waiting over 10 minutes for an elevator!

This was a beautiful property with AMAZING staff! Duke and Aldo were our favorites and they made the stay so special, we felt like we had traveled there with friends. The elevator was very confusing at first, but once we understood it, it was pretty easy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Outstanding service & beautiful rooms.

There is a superb group of folk's working at this hotel. From hotel to restaurant to bar staff; they all made our stay extraordinary. Very modern rooms with plush bedding. I wish we could stay longer but, we will be back.

I really debated before giving this review. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was always friendly. Location was great especially for Madison Square Garden. Main drawbacks - room is extremely dark. Hard to apply makeup and since the bathroom had a clear shower door I couldn't get ready while my son was. One evening they had an event and we listened to extremely loud club music until 2am. I wish we had been informed as I would have stayed here. We needed to get up early the next morning for plans and it was frustrating. The elevators also worked very sporadically. We often waited over 10 minutes. Toward the end we were told an elevator was down. Again, communication would have been nice so we could have left much earlier for plans. Overall a safe, clean stay but likely not a place I'd choose again.
