Loved the Renaissance! The room was immaculate - so clean. The staff was top notch. The rooftop restaurant/bar was exceptional - bartender Jean was so good! I loved sipping my drink in comfy chairs and watching the planes take off and land. I would totally stay here again!

The staffs are very nice. However, there are little flies in my room. The fridge is not cold. Impossible to control the AC, if we turn it up to 68, the heat comes out. If we leave below 68, the AC runs constantly and blow into our heads at the bed, it was freezing, we have to cover our heads with blanket to be able to sleep, so we had 2 sleepless nights. We have reservation again in December, but will be cancelled and be booked elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem! Just one train stop away from Citi Field. The service was amazing and the property is clean and new. Have a great stay and experience some culture at the same time!

This is a beautiful hotel property near LaGuardia airport. Really nice modern, clean rooms. We loved the pool, gym, lobby and the view of Manhattan from the lobby bar terrace. The restaurant was good. We only had breakfast. Staff were great, professional and friendly. There is not much in the area around the restaurant to see. There are many Asian restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Nice staff
Although we had some internet issue with the hotel wifi the first day, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room is clean however the sink drain threw us off since you need to push the drain directly to let the water go down which is pretty nasty. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a stay in queens.
