Stayed for 4 nights with my husband and 2month old son, parking was tight as there are very limited spaces (6/7) but it was easy to get to and we also took a taxi to the Jamaica station and took a LIRR train into the city one day (30m) other than that we stayed out of manhattan so we drove everywhere. We felt safe and comfortable, I’d go back … it’s a slightly older hotel but not old and outdated

We asked the receptionist upon our departure from the hotel if he could request a taxi to the airport for us which was a total scam. Instead of a taxi he had his friend pick us up who then managed to steal our credit cards after he dropped us of at the airport.

The fire alarm went off at 5:30am. Not sure if that's a one time occurrence. Called the front desk no answer. There was no fire. The traffic outside is also very loud. There's also no parking at this hotel. Only street parking is available.

There's no parking. The fire alarm went off at 5:30am. Called front desk and no answer. Very loud. The traffic outside is very loud too. The hotel looks great and is very clean. Not sure if this fire alarm that was pulled a one time thing. There was no fire.
