Thanks for the review, Sheilla. We regret to hear of your recent stay with us. We apologize for the cleanliness issues with your carpet and ventilation system in your room. We also are disappointed to hear that you were not given proper blankets. We will be addressing these concerns with our housekeeping team to improve in these areas for future guests. We hold our selves to a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction and regret to hear we were unable to provide this for you during your stay.
