This is a Private Bedroom at a street level, Ground-floor unit in a 4-bedroom SHARED garden apartment that is part of a large, 3-story Townhouse.
Remainder bedrooms are occupied by other tourists that are sharing the guesthouse with you.
In-house staff is available at your service at all times.

At the guests disposal - guests share the common areas such as 3 full-bathrooms, 2 Kitchens & 2 Dining rooms, a front Patio for sitting for a smoke or a breath of fresh air, and a large back yard for BBQ or chilling with your laptop.

Your bedroom consists of 2 beds, 1 Queen size bed & 1 single bed to fit up to 3 adults or children comfortably.
Working station with desk & chair along with Free strong WiFi connection in the room (as well as in the Dining/Living room).

This room has plenty of storage space with a large closet/cupboard, large, full-size mirror and a window overlooking the green back yard where you can witness special birds coming to feast and sing...
A/C unit can make the room as cold as you want for your convenience.
You will have a digital keypad lock to this room for your privacy.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Williamsburg is by far New York’s most booming neighborhood; A straight 10min shot by train (L)/car ride to Manhattan across the beautiful Williamsburg bridge.
Throw a dart on the map in our area and you’ll find a comedy show, jazz hall, art showing, vintage shop, or a bar with spirits from all over the world. And the journey to these places is all walking distance; meeting characters from all walks of life with the most fascinating stories throughout your stay!
Have you wanted to eat at an authentic Jewish deli for brunch, stumble upon a street vendor who makes tamales with a secret recipe known from many generations, or you could swing over to the waterside by domino park and order $1.50 happy hour oysters (Sea Wolf), save room for dinner and experience a Mexican fine dining of foie gras with pineapple and many other tapas (Xixa), level up at a bar/ coffee shop serving till 2am (fiction) before finding a disco on top of the Williamsburg hotel seeing the spectacular skyline of Manhattan while hanging poolside? GETTING AROUND
There is street parking, but I don’t recommend bringing a car to New York as public transit is easier and faster.
M, J, G, Z train lines a 5 min walk from the house L train 10min walk.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:
There is free street parking on our street however it is depending on availability. Personally, 95% of the time I find a parking spot right outside the house, however, sometimes I have to drive around the block a couple of times, it depends on if it's a busy season in NYC...
