It is steps from Times Square so everywhere is very walkable. The only complaint is the noise from the streets ie traffic, horns, sirens, constructions, service trucks. Rooms are small. Walls are thin without insulation so u will hear ur neighbors come and go. Staff are friendly. No kitchenet for hot water or coffee and tea in the room. Location is convenient

Great location
Staff was great! I would go back.. the only bad experience was their shampoo and conditioner. I know it’s a strange complaint , but true. It left an oily feel on my hair.

One overnight , first visit ! Staff was engaging , helpful and efficient. Bar staff especially nice, hard working but very pleasant! The room was clean , no frills but met all our basic néeds ! Great location in Times Square!

Great Times Square location. Famous local restaurant in the hotel, which was fun…but they don’t serve breakfast. No coffee maker in the room, so you have to go off property for coffee. Room was so small that there’s no place to open your luggage without it being in the way. No drawers to unpack into; only a tiny closet. Room and hallway is. It well maintained; paint is peeling, there are cracks, carpet looks old. Housekeeping isn’t consistent; sometimes you get a washcloth, sometimes not. Reading light by bed was broken. Shower takes a long time to get hot. It is like a glorified youth hostel but at hotel prices.

This was a last minute, desperate booking for us, as our previous hotel cancelled on us. The only great thing about this place was the location. Close to everything and to subway stations. Do not let the pics of the cute lobby fool you. The room was bleak. Grey walls, old carpet, no amenities or storage. They were trying to go for industrial/modern but it was just sad. The shower took over 10 mins to get hot. Though we booked a queen, the bed was full size, a single mattress on a metal frame that squeaked. The towels were old and thin. It was musty and barely clean enough to pass. It was hard to come back to the room after a fun day out. It will continue to stay booked and charge what ever they want just because of the location.

Good value for one-night stay. Great location. Bed was comfy but bed frame was squeaky. The room has a bad odor sometimes, unsure if it was from the vent, bad it went away.

Run down. Pillow top “not mattress” on top of spring only frame. EXTREMELY SMALL (2 only) elevators. One set of towels that were of very poor quality and probably 20 years old. TV didn’t work from the get go. Poor quality linens on the “bed”. Paint chipping off walls. Property had NO ICE MACHINE, no cups/ glasses in the room. Only positive/ great location.

It's a room. The walls need repainting and the bed is....not great. I walked in and there was a toothpick (wrapped) on the floor. The lobby is pretty. It should have more check in staff. It's okay. The rate was good.

Room very tiny. No chair or room for one. Grate in ceiling had a slow flashing light and the fire detectors as well. Tiny bathroom barely adequate. No place to put things, so, lived out of suitcase. But, was 1/2 block from Times Square. So, good location.
