Property was in a great location. Only complaint is that the gym on property is sub par it’s borderline inoperable and the website misleads you thinking there is a rooftop patio or a terrace to hang out at when it is actually not open to the general public.

Check in and hotel staff are not friendly and helpful. I called upon checking into my room at 5:15pm to ltk I did not have any bottled water despite the “please enjoy your complimentary water” sign, and was told they just had not gotten to that room yet. 3 days later and 2 phone calls still no bottled water. My bed head backed up to the elevator and every 5 minutes it rattled. I booked a 620am transport through Bellman to airport but no one could find my driver until 645am. The only staff that were wonderful were the bar staff. So friendly and attentive.

Facilities are showing their age. AC and TV were both broken and the room had a very musty smell. Maintenance fixed the AC but not the TV. Elevators were extremely slow. The staff were usually engrossed in their own conversations, not engaged with the guests. The only exception was the front desk agent who checked us out.

My only critique is the rooms are tiny! Hard to put your suitcase anywhere without tripping over it. Bathroom sink outside the actually shower area. Bathroom sink is in the room itself. Staff is great though and area great for getting around.

Everything was within walking distance — amazing restaurants, shops, and all the charm that Soho offers. The hotel itself had a cool vibe and was stylishly designed. If you’re looking to be in the heart of the action and explore the neighborhood on foot, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!
