Staff very helpful and a very nice place to stay. Very close to all we needed especially Brooklyn Tabernacle Church that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks NU Hotel.

I was in Brooklyn for a funeral. Almost every hotel was booked so this was a last resort since staying with family was a definite no-no. It was a nice hotel. Very clean and the room was spacious. Busy area in downtown Brooklyn. There is a parking garage next to hotel, but you don't have access to your vehicle like you would expect to. Breakfast selections were simple. I believe shopping was nearby, but did not experience it. Forgot how crowded and congested NY is so limited any extra-curricular activities.

Everything was pretty good or average, but the shower was bizarre. No shower lining, and the shower head was directly facing the curtain, with no way to change it. Unclear how anyone uses the shower without flooding the bathroom.

The Nu Hotel is convenient to our daughters’ homes in Brooklyn. We have stayed there many times. We have always assumed breakfast was included in our room price but in fact there is a daily charge for amenities which includes breakfast, room cleaning etc. We would like to continue to stay at the Nu Hotel but in the future we will check prices of other hotels in the area too.

Great stay! We booked for 8 nights for work/vacation in a Deluxe room. Courteous, helpful staff. Spacious, clean room with good, hot shower. Some noise from the hallway of people returning to their room, but not from adjacent rooms. Very good location, in walking distance of subway stations, lots of good restaurants and cute shops.
