It was awful and I'm sorry we stayed there. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. I had a bruise on the back of my leg from trying to get out of it. Not to mention the room was also small. The outlets in the front of the room were not working the first day. Because the bed was so uncomfortable, we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The only good thing about the hotel was the bar. I will NEVER stay at Hotel Motel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The check-in process was slow, and despite having a reservation, it took longer than anticipated to get my room key. Upon entering the room, I noticed it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There were visible dust and a musty smell, which made the environment feel less than welcoming. During my stay, I also encountered issues with noise; thin walls allowed sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway to be quite disruptive. Additionally, I had a maintenance issue with the air conditioning, which took longer than expected to be addressed by staff.

I would stay here again. Rooms are small but well thought out. Yes, you can hear neighbors next to you IF they are really loud, but hotel designers have mitigated this issue with sound absorbing ceiling material in sleeping area, otherwise not sure how that can be improved. Wear your earplugs if this is an issue for you. City/traffic noise was non-existent. Room was clean, modern and close to all attractions we came to see. One feature I liked is that you can't access any of the floors via elevator unless you have a room card, that will only take you to your floor, lobby and club room, which I liked for security reasons. Most importantly, staff was welcoming & helpful.

We had a lovely stay in Motto time square. The location is very good its literally in time square. However when we arrived to check in the receptionist was kind of rude and she didn't explained what she will deduct to my cc i just found out that she deducted after we got home. I didn't saw her name so I can't name dropped it but her is black. But the check out was smooth and I think its the manager who greeted she is very pleasant. For the rooms, it was very well maintained but if you're sensitive with sounds there's an earplug you can use especially at night. Finally, we can't adjust the room temperature for the AC its a lil bit warm hopefully they can fixed it.

Property was super clean compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. Hotel was also located in the heart of Times Square which made it really easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit while still feeling safe and comfortable without all the noise from the outside. Rooms did feel small but enough if you are on vacation and all you want is a good place to sleep and shower. Also had good eating options and a really nice coffee bar at the lobby. Staff was very helpful and nice considering the demand and I was also able to check in my bags early since my actual check in time was later in the day and didn’t have to carry them around the whole time.

Great hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Hard Rock Hotel directly across the street for more drinking and dining options with live music included. My room was small but perfect for one. Free water, wafers, and dining credits were a plus.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son in the bunk bed room and it was great when it came to location you can walk to a lot of things and access the subways super easy with Apple Maps! The staff was nice and worked fast when I called down for more bath towels. We stayed on the 35th floor and the elevators were super fast! Only time they move a little slow is around check out time but to be expected. I wouldn’t recommend for more than two ppl space is tight but it’s functional!

Very very poor. AVOID!
Receptionists are very rude (almost all of the 5). Poor service throughtout my 9 nights stay. There are about 4 to 5 moments that could have turned into a fight if they had a really bad tempered customer rather than me.
