Great room but poor sound isolation
The room was very comfortable, clean, and more spacious than I was expecting for this price point in Manhattan. It is right off of Times Square so visitors should bear in mind what that entails and the type of neighborhood. The one weird part of the room is that there are doors connecting to adjacent rooms on either side. The big downside of this was it removed sound isolation between the rooms and all of the activities and conversations of my neighbors were audible.

Great place to stay
Overall, the hotel is very well located in Times Square, clean and cozy. Room was small but has everything you need. Bed was very soft. I am used to a firm mattress so the soft bed was not too comfy. The hotel was at full capacity, so elevators were an issue having to wait longer specially going up to our room.

This room was perfect for me, my friend, and my teenage son. He had his own bed and the queen size bed was just enough for us. The room was small but very manageable. They utilize their space well. The concierge and staff were wonderful. The breakfast...mhmm...the bacon was unique and very thick and yummy. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast sandwich as well. Gersi, the bartender, was one of our personal favorites. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the drinks department. I didn't know what I liked or wanted and he created an amazing drink that I wish I could get back home! The hotel was in very close proximity to numerous subway stops and one block away from Times Square. We will be booking here everytime we come for sure.

Tiny rooms but good location, walkable, close to metro. However, room cleaning staff are not reliable - rooms were not cleaned even when gone all day - came back at 4:30 pm to get ready for evening and advised front desk and they said they had the staff go and clean the room while we waited at the bar and in fact an hour later they came to tell us it was clean but we went upstairs and it hadn’t been touched. In general front desk staff and cleaners did not seem to care about their clients or responsibilities.

Great place to stay!
I have now stayed at this hotel twice! The first time, I stayed with my mom in one of the queen/twin loft bed rooms. This time, I brought my two kids and stayed in the same type of room. The location is so convenient for the theaters. As a single mom traveling with kids, I always felt safe. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I had numerous public transportation questions throughout my stay and they went out of their way to make sure we knew where we needed to go. The room is clean, the sheets and beds are SO comfortable. The rooms are tiny, but efficient. My kids and I were all able to find a place for our suitcases and also had enough space to organize our snacks, etc. The refrigerator was just big enough to hold some carrots, hummus, grapes, cheese and leftover pizza! I am very sensitive to scents and I LOVE their shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion. It smells like peppermint essential oil. I am certain I will be back to NYC and will definitely stay again at this awesome hotel.

The property in Times Square is centrally located. The staff are nice and did not encounter any rudeness. The room is clean which means cleaners are doing their job. I did not like the destination fee of US$103 although $30 is credited towards food and 2 bottles of water and tiramisu wafer every night of your stay. However, this property is worth staying for your NY visit.
