I loved this hotel. My teen daughter and I went for a girls weekend. It felt like a small cozy place among the big city. The staff was so helpful and kind. We also loved the decor and cleanliness.

Staff were super nice and helpful! Very classy and cute interior. Room and bathroom were very clean! Hotel is a prime location if you want to go out to watch any broadway shows! Awesome place - I’d definitely come back again :)

The most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They were like Murphey beds. Very loud outside but it IS right by Times Square.

I loved staying here, Nikki at the front desk was wonderful in helping me around my first time being in the city. The staff at the restaurant were lovely, everyone was so personable and made the experience so much more comfortable. It was easy to walk or catch the subway from the hotel, it’s right around the corner from Times Square as well. The food is so so good! I recommend the lobster ravioli and the French toast. Most definitely would stay here again my next trip! Thank you Merrion Row!

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is very pretty and quaint and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the on site pub was tasty. It is super close to Times Square and many NYC destinations, which was very convenient, though a little noisy for sleeping. Overall, I highly recommend.

The front desk was more of a hostess stand which was a little weird but the check in lady was nice. The room was pretty tiny but fine for a night or two. The bathroom was nice big great shower and the room was very quiet, especially for where it was located. The breakfast was not good not sure if they were understaffed but it was really bad so go somewhere else to eat. Overall the stay was fine though and they were very nice to hold our bags.
