Clean and Spacious apt Near Airport
We traveled from Dallas, TX, and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment we found in NYC. The entire second floor was ours, featuring four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Our family, including young children, had a wonderful stay. The apartment is conveniently located just two blocks from the F train, allowing us to reach Manhattan in about 35 minutes. Additionally, our ride from LaGuardia Airport was a quick 15-minute Uber trip. The neighborhood was fantastic, surrounded by numerous restaurants, yet the apartment itself was very quiet. We were initially concerned about pests, but happily, we encountered neither roaches nor mice. All appliances were brand new and immaculately clean. We're already planning to return in September for the U.S. Open, as the stadium is just 15 minutes away. The location truly made our stay exceptional. A+++ for this apartment!

Potential
This property has great potential. First the key box was not placed where indicated on the check in. Once inside, we were completely disgusted on the condition of the hallway and the carpeting in the stairwell. This was extremely dirty and the presence of shoes by the doors of the other apartments left a poor impression. We were pleasantly surprised when we went inside. Things were mostly new and looked very clean. We were however disgusted once the roaches began to crawl around. There were no wash or face clothes and the washer and dryer were sitting on the wall with no hookup or way to hookup where they were placed. The apartment was on the second floor and you could hear the people on the third floor walking as you slept. While I would never stay here again it has potential.
