I pretty much liked everything except that 3 days after my stay they charged my card 200$ for supposed damage to the room which was that my service dog peed in the bathroom floor and I used a towel to clean it because there was nothing else to use not even toilet paper. It happened on our way checking out and we’re gonna charge me 150 for a late checkout passed 12. Furthermore there are no drawers to put clothes in nor a closet to store your bags, it’s just weird. The area it’s at is very industrial

Vice nice property and rooms, the area isn’t bad. Looked pretty safe. There is a laundromat that was open late on the property as well. Within walking/driving distance to Target and other shopping stores. Nice customer service. Will deff stay here again. About 15 min to LGA

The room itself and the property was amazing! I needed a last minute stay due to a missed flight. However, the front desk staff are HORRIBLE. Please be more considerate and nicer to guests. i didn’t know I had to pay a deposit (which I had no problem doing) and the younger, tall, gentleman at the front desk made a whole scene because I was not informed about it and had questions. I told him he didn’t have to over explain as I know what a deposit is and more, it was just not disclosed on Expedia. Once I paid it, he was nice. I won’t be back because of that. If I had a better experience with staff I would because the room was beautiful.
