First room the bed had hair and crumbs in the bed. When I told them didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Just offered another room. That room bathroom had different types of hair in the shower and on the door. It also smelled like coffee. They do not clean properly at all. Hair on the towels and stains. Disgusting!!! I was just there for a layover but eew.

Clean but just OK
The good: Easy free parking, quiet, clean enough. The OK, coffee in the morning not fresh. Complimentary "pastries" had no napkins or plates. You need to leave a key in the room or an alarm will go off, so I tried to go get coffee in the morning but the alarm went off. I had to wait till my wife woke up to go down. They should of given two keys because two of us checked in. We were the only ones for check in and it took a long time to check in. Young man was fine but not welcoming or very helpful. This is a fine business type hotel, location is quiet but I would try somewhere else next time. Oh and the bathroom was a clouded window glass door to a toilet and another door to a shower. The shower was nice. The TV had two remotes and no instructions. I am pretty technical and I couldnt get it to work. There should only ever be one remote for a hotel.

The room is tiny. Bathroom is made in modern sense but too tiny that i almost banked my head to the door while squatting on the toilet seat. There is not enough cloth hanging space. There is no mattress on the floor which makes it so cold. The bedsheet is washed but still stained with something yellowish stain. Not recommended for the price i paid for. The LY restaurant is such a joke. I ordered double cooked pork. What i got was a few slices of pork with bunch of cabbage i hated. Not worth it.

Great Room, very clean, cozy. The manager on the floor was very hospitable. The check in was a bit slow but we will give it another try and see if checkin is quicker next time.
