Staff was friendly and pleasant.Our room was a big disappointment.No windows very dark and the bedding was very uncomfortable.Mattress was so soft and out of shape that gave us back pain every day of our stay.My son futon was more than uncomfortable hard and without any cushion.It felt like a torture.

Great location but hotel room was dirty, TV wasn’t working for our entire 5 night stay, and staff was often rude. Issue with the free coffee daily, there were no tickets left each day and the woman at the coffee machine gave us attitude.

If i can give 20 stars i would. Will definitely be coming back again. The rooms where nice and super comfy, staff were super nice and helpful, restaurant downstairs had yummy food. We were near everything, subway was near as well. It was perfect.

Our stay was good ! The property is very well located and is near everything. What we did not like was that elevator was too slow and our window was a bit broken. Also the maid enter to our room early morning while we were sleeping.

This hotel was great! The rooms were very spacious for my party of 2. They were also very clean and quiet along with a very nice staff! This place is also surrounded by Korean dining options and super close walking distance to Madison square garden and Penn station! Definitely recommend!
