Everything was great exept the elevator was not working, on NYE! They did though get an elevator man to take guests upon request up and down so it wasn’t that bad. They were great In Providing a water hot pot and ice both done fast so I’m grateful. Happy New Year everyone

Elevator issues
The hotel had broken elevators. My fiance free fell four floors and was so traumatized that she wouldn’t take the elevator for the rest of our stay… we were staying on the 11th floor and walked up and down them every time we had to leave and come back to the room. The room was ok but that experience stained our stay. Wouldn’t go back

I only stayed 2 nights and i got Extra charges not holds dirty restrooms Elevators not working Receptionist said it was a $40 perday hotel fee after checking my bank i saw i got charged $193 and it was not a hold after calling to the hotel they transfered and never answered. My advise confront them right away! Only good thing is there is several attractions within a 15 minute walking distance. Theres limited valet parking with a CHARGE but FREE Public Parking across the street throughout the night till 8am then its $13an hour

Hotel was nice we were upgraded. Has no restaurant indoor but have many places close by. Elevator was deffecfive but they were staff providing assistance. Overall i give a 4 star for all the good services provided

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. As other reviews stated, it is dirty. Our room had curtains/blinds that had visible mold growth. It smelled like mildew, and it also smelled like cigarettes. It was a disaster. The elevators also did not work and we were told they were “working on it”. So if you’re on a high floor, we had to call down to get security to bring the elevator to our floor. The front desk suggested calling, but of course our room phone didn’t work so we had to call using a cell, get forwards to the front desk, then connected. A disaster overall.
