Walkable location, nice terrace views, has all the essentials, an "okay" stay overall Traveled with family and only stayed for the night. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms/ facility could use some maintenance. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived, but other than that, the room was clean. We had a corner room, and the view from there and the terrace were amazing. I was very disappointed in the breakfast though. They had a wide variety, but everything that I or my party tried taste off...

The room was fantastic and you could see the city from the room. The rooftop sitting area also had great views of the city. The staff was amazing and helped us with all of our needs. It’s also only a couple blocks from the subway so getting around the city was really easy.

We had a problem with air conditioning not working in the room which they recognised and changed rooms for us. Breakfast was good as was the central location. Check In staff and day desk staff were terrific and very obliging
