Good for overnight on a small budget.
Budget hotel. Good for the price. Neighborhood ok at night if you take Uber or Taxi directly there. Good distance between JFK and LaGuardia if need to overnight for a transfer. Only issue, pieces of the plaster in the bathroom roof were falling to the floor. Noise level was a little high and other occupants on floor were quite loud with conversation and kids. Otherwise acceptable.

This property should be SHUT DOWN due to it's health hazards and potential illegal activity. Exactly why would you need a security guard on sight at night? DO NOT stay here unless you want to be surrounded with smoked filled air, even in the non-smoking room which I stayed in, causing my lungs to be in pain every time I breathed. We also found 4 dirty diapers in our closet and when we requested them taken out during housekeeping, no one did any housekeeping, not even our beds. I have called Expedia to encourage them to take this property off the site because in over 20 years of travel around the world, this was my ABSOLUTELY WORST experience that I would not wish on anyone.

There was nothing to like about this by the hpur establishment. The rooms were in disarray, uncleaned, and falling apart. There was blood on the walls, and broken machinery everywhere.
