Terrible! We didn’t get a key to our own room. We had to keep asking the front attendant to open the room everytime we went back. Elevators not working had to walk the stairs. Shower had no curtains so water would go all over the place.
The place is nice and clean, but the only issue I had to spend the rest of the night thirsty because my water was done I couldn’t go outside to purchase more.
Otherwise i spent the best night there

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They do not have keys for the rooms so you have to be let in each time. Elevator only worked half the time. Hotel is cheaply built, NO CLOSET or dresser- No where to put clothes at all. Small amenities were missing- no hair dryer, no iron. Sheets didn’t fit the bed, no mattress protector- just one thin flat sheet. Only given 2 towels for 4 days. Can’t call front desk from
Room. No ice or vending machines. SUPER NOISY!! Train is literally 2 car lanes over from hotel. Could hear train passing about every 20-30 minutes. Heard doors slamming from no elevator so guest had to use stairs. We asked to be moved to another room but were told they weren’t ready. Neighborhood is super sketchy and very dirty as well. Hotel should not even be open. Overall this place sucks! Don’t waste your money!!!
I often travel to NYC but this was my first time staying in a hotel in this part of the city. While vast majority of Manhattan hotels were offering exorbitant prices during my stay, this hotel was suggested by Expedia as one potential match for what I was looking for. It has only a handful of reviews when I made the booking and I was somewhat suspicious if it really exists or not. But I trusted Expedia and made the booking here. And let me tell you, I have been pleasantly surprised with my stay here!
It’s a newly built hotel in its first week of operations. They had minor hiccups (like key card issue) but nothing that should be a cause of concern. I think they need to bring some basic but essential amenities such as a closet space to hang/keep clothes and luggage; iron & ironing board (common if not in each room) and perhaps a little coffee maker. The staff has been very responsive to the needs of the guests.
With that said, the hotel has been having full occupancy since its launch. I hope and believe they continue to maintain and exceed the standards that they have set for themselves in the beginning.
They weren't alot of basic accommodations that available. The elevator wasn't working properly the whole weekend. The hotel didn't get us access to our own key card which is an inconvenience for guest to be escorted by staff every time I needed to get back in the room. There were no trash can/bag in the room. The cold water faucet didn't work. The staff was polite and helpful however they seemed custom to complaints and maintaince of the property. I wouldn't be interested in another visit.
A brand new hotel. They are still working out a few things to be fully up and running, like the room key cards. Need to be let in and out of the room every time. Other than that, very clean room and a nice and accommodating staff.
