Nice hotel that’s ready for an update. Ask for a high floor as it’s in a noisy area on Lexington avenue and you can be disturbed throughout the night. Staff are great and help with any requests. Great access to tourist attractions and must see places.

This was one the most comfortable hotels I ever stayed in New York, also very good for value. I like the L-Shaped couch - it's ergonomical and practical. Staff also very welcoming upon check-in.

Place advertises a bar, room sevice, breakfast… theres none of that. You enter what i think was a back or side entrance. Im thinking this is a migrant hotel with a seperate entrance. The migrants are on different floors, use the 2 “out of order” elevators.. and are getting the real use of this place. Also its self check in. No way this place is worth $380 a night and up. Its a rooming house, nothing more

The staff was excellent. Very personable and ready to help. I left my laptop in a cab from my trip into the city and Manny jump right in to try to track it down. I had no idea how to begin the process and we were able to find the cab and I got my laptop back the next day.
