Quiet, clean. Attentive and friendly staff. Loved the water bottle stations on each floor. Right across from Grand Central, so location was great. 2 stops on the subway to Times Square. Will definitely stay here again.

Bas things : You check in yourself make the card yourself do everything yourself The parking is 6 blocks away, no shuttle and no help to carry your luggage’s. One your car is parked you can’t get to it to pickup or drop off something. We learned that after walking 6 blocks with our luggage’s and they just told us NO Hotel and rooms are clean but tiny rooms (it’s New York!) staff was friendly but not available on call that much

Workers, staff excellent …..unfortunately room was really noisy from outside sounds….probably better to leave AC on to keep white noise….made mistake of opening window and it was loud out there. Also my room was right adjacent to another room and (a)female voices were yelling way past midnight like they were watching a live show and (b)opening of door so close to our door that it sounded like they were right there. But these folks were just self centered inconsiderate brats that night

The staff was exceptional. The room was so-so -- very compact, king bed was 72" X 72" rather than 76" x 80" so my husband's feet hung off the end of the bed. The bathroom had very limited storage so toiletries had to be kept on the floor, and the toilet seat did not stay up so had to be held up for my husband to use it. The hotel did have free laundry machines which was appreciated.

The hotel is actually called "Club Quarters Hotels Grand Central" if you want to look it up. You will miss it if you look for the incorrect name displayed on Expedia. The room was a nice size, and clean. The "living room" and lounge/terrace on a separate floor were a nice touch, since you don't get a fridge in your room. The staff were great, though I felt bad they were seemingly overwhelmed with the number of guests in the lobby during check-out. Regardless they were quick and helpful. Would've been better if 2 out of 3 of the elevators weren't out of service at 12 PM during peak check-out times. We had to wait 8 minutes for the elevator. All in all good value for your money!
